On the occasion of the Diamond Jubilee of HRH Queen Elizabeth, the British Ambassador held a reception for over 500 guests. We found it an honour that we have been Beating Retreat at the Ambassador's residence.

May 2012

The London Taxi Benevolent Fund looked after 160 Veterans between the age of 85 and 94 to have them come over to the Netherlands for 5 days. They drove in 80 taxis from Hoek van Holland to Oosterbeek/Arnhem. A magnificent sight! On May 5th 2012 the procession was at the Airborne Museum in Oosterbeek.
